Welcome to the Grand Alderton Development!               Phase 1 is currently under development!               Historical District approval was granted on May 27, 2004!         Established Neighborhood Enterprise Zone (NEZ) designation by the City of Saginaw and State of Michigan in October 2005!!         Currently getting contractor quotes on materials and labor!!!    WE ARE REALLY EXCITED TO GET THIS PROJECT MOVING FORWARD!!! :-)
